Command	Description
/notifysettings	Allows players to modify their local notification UI (position, rotation, options).
/notifydefaults	Allows admins to set global server-wide UI defaults.

🔐 Player Permissions

Config.AllowPlayerMove = true
Config.AllowPlayerRotate = true
Config.AllowPlayerOptions = true

Permission	Function
AllowPlayerMove	Players can drag/move the notification container.
AllowPlayerRotate	Players can rotate the UI using Shift + mouse.
AllowPlayerOptions	Players can customize animations & sounds locally.

If any option is set to false, players lose access to that specific setting.

Use /notifydefaults
Change global notification placement
Override player customization settings

Admin authentication uses Rockstar license identifiers.

🔔 Notification Types

These define the default appearance, color, icons, and sounds of each notification type.
